The licence

Zaga Inc grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Zaga Studio under the plan you choose. The software stays the property of Zaga Inc.

Your content

Videos you make are yours. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you add, and for following the rules of the platforms where you post.

Acceptable use

• Don't clone or imitate a real person's voice without their consent.
• Don't make content that deceives people about real events or impersonates real people.
• Don't use the app for illegal content.

Payments, cancellation and our policy on payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Full details: Cancellation & payments.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, at the price shown at checkout, which includes any applicable tax.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew.

Payments are final, except where required by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days; at checkout you are asked to agree that your access starts immediately, which ends that right once you start using the app.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Zaga Inc is not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Zaga Inc is registered.
